Terms of Service
Reznov is provided “as-is” and “as-available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. This includes (but is not limited to) warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uptime, availability, reliability, accuracy, or feature permanence.
By using Reznov, you agree to comply with Discord’s Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and any applicable laws and regulations. You are solely responsible for how you use the bot, the commands you run, the content you submit, and the outcomes produced in your server.
Reznov (including its developers, maintainers, and affiliates) is not responsible for any misuse, abuse, or unlawful activity performed by users or server administrators. This includes any actions taken using Reznov that may violate Discord policies, local laws, or third-party rights. You use Reznov at your own risk.
Abuse, exploitation, attempts to bypass limitations, intentional disruption of features, or attempts to interfere with Reznov’s service (including rate-limit evasion, API abuse, reverse engineering of safeguards, or malicious input designed to crash/lag the bot) may result in temporary or permanent access removal, feature restrictions, or blacklisting without notice.
Reznov may change, pause, or discontinue any feature at any time, including moderation, minigames, economy systems, VIP perks, and configuration systems. We may also update these terms periodically. Continued use of Reznov after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
VIP access is granted as a perk for supporting the project and does not constitute a guaranteed paid service, subscription, or entitlement. VIP perks may be modified, limited, or removed at any time. Support contributions are generally non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reznov and its team will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from or related to your use of Reznov. This includes (but is not limited to) server disruptions, moderation mistakes, lost data, lost revenue, reputational harm, or administrative actions taken by Discord.
Data & Privacy
Reznov stores only the data required for core functionality and configuration. This may include Discord user IDs, guild IDs, channel IDs, role IDs, message IDs (when required for features), and server configuration values.
Depending on features, Reznov may store limited event data such as moderation logs, punishments/blacklists, economy balances, and feature usage metadata. Data retention is designed to support functionality, auditing, and abuse prevention.
Reznov does not sell personal data, does not share data with third parties for advertising, and does not use stored data to build marketing profiles. Data may be accessed by maintainers only when necessary for support, debugging, abuse investigation, or service integrity.
Because Reznov runs on Discord, some information (such as usernames, avatars, and messages) may be processed transiently through Discord’s APIs to perform requested actions. Reznov does not claim ownership over user content.
Data removal requests can be made via the support server. Some data may need to be retained for legitimate purposes such as security, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, or compliance with platform enforcement.
You acknowledge that no system is perfectly secure. While reasonable measures may be taken to protect stored data, Reznov cannot guarantee absolute security against unauthorized access, platform changes, outages, or third-party incidents.
Contact
For support, questions, or data-related requests, contact the Reznov team through the official support server. Do not share sensitive information publicly when requesting help.
